Summer Intensive Audition – 2026

February 7 | 10:00–11:30 AM

How to Register

    •    No pre-registration fee required

    •    Simply arrive 15 minutes early to check in

Placement results and registration instructions will be emailed following the audition.

Who Should Audition

    •    Dancers ages 9+ seeking placement in Intermediate or Advanced Summer Intensive

    •    New and returning students not currently enrolled at RMC

    •    Outside dancers are welcome

Current RMC students may be placed at the discretion of faculty and may not be required to audition

Who Does NOT Need to Audition

    •    Junior Summer Intensive (ages 7+)

    •    Fairy Tales Summer Intensive (ages 3+)

These programs are open enrollment and do not require an audition.

What to Expect at the Audition

    •    Classical ballet class including:

    •    Barre

    •    Center

    •    Across-the-floor work

    •    Pointe work may be included for eligible dancers

Auditions are conducted in a supportive and professional environment and are used solely for level placement.

What to Wear

    •    Solid-color leotard

    •    Pink tights (classical ballet)

    •    Ballet slippers

    •    Pointe shoes (if applicable)

    •    Hair neatly secured in a bun

Early Bird Tuition 5% discounts apply to weekly Summer Intensive registrations completed by March 15, 2026.

Discounted Tuition

One week:
$745 → $708 (save $37)

Two weeks:
$1,399 → $1,329 (save $70)

Three weeks:
$1,988 → $1,889 (save $99)

(Day drop-in is not discounted.)
